Egypt's military-backed government has announced it has lifted the country's three-month state of emergency and night-time curfew.
The measures were introduced on 14 August after security forces forcibly ended sit-ins in support of ousted Islamist President Mohammed Morsi and were due to last a month.
The government extended the measures for two more months on 12 September.
The move comes following a court ruling.
Mr Morsi appeared in court last Monday on charges of inciting murder.
