The certificate is given to outstanding hospitality businesses that have received praise and recognition in reviews by TripAdvisor travellers.
To qualify, businesses must maintain an overall rating of four or higher, out of a possible five, as reviewed by travellers on the popular TripAdvisor website.
The number of reviews received over the last 12 months is also taken into consideration.
